For those who love the great outdoors, but cannot get off the grid to live the solitary lifestyle, there are the rest of us. Working normal jobs, living normal lives, and taking every chance we can get to into nature.
We are no different. During the week, we are working in a variety of occupations. We have kids, relationships, homes, and other normal demands of our society. We escape once a month to connect with nature, release the stress we all know, and harden our wills against the elements.
In these pages, we will discuss destinations, techniques, essential gear, and skills that will be invaluable in your own adventures. Whether you are new to the outdoors, or an experienced outdoors enthusiast, there is something for everyone at Project Outbound.

AGENT b
Hailing from parts unknown, Agent B is a rugged outdoorsman at his core. Experienced in Wilderness Survival and hardened by the elements, Agent B often finds himself in situations that demand focus and a will of hardened steel.
After mastering all possible career fields, Agent B now spends his days managing Enterprise IT environments and his evenings with Mrs Agent B and family. After the problems are solved and the children are asleep, Agent B absconds in the middle of the night nearest mountain summit, only to return before his family is finished with breakfast.
Exactly once a month, Agent B will travel to parts unknown. Although he claims it is for mental and physical reinvigoration, it is really to scout new locations to take his children as they get older. With woodsy knowledge, a iron will, and spotless equipment; he boldly explores the wilderness.
AGENT K
Agent K is less of a person, and more of a force of nature. With laser like attention to detail and determination that makes grown men whimper, he forages the mountains and rivers in search of adventure. Legend has it that upon one mountain summit, he forced the formidable precipice to apologize for being in his path. To which it promptly did and then flattened itself to become Illinois.
Agent K systematically plots, maps, and tracks each path down to the most minute detail. His experience is legendary and revered in some communities. He has the ability to draw crowds to any remote location. Be warned: before you put your faith in Agent K's guidance, his treks are not for the faint of heart or weak willed. Many have found unparalleled views while following his routes, AND their faith in a higher power to rescue them from the arduous return journey.
